White Lightning Axiom: Redux

First, it was a couple of careless kids out on a sail boat in a storm. They lived by luck and the grace of God. Then, a careless bureaucrat sends out a pdf file with the names of small people involved in a major world-wide story that may bring down the wrath of small minded people on their families. Then, an uncaring brat of a woman runs away for the THIRD TIME from an impending wedding and sets her family, community and country on it's ear. What next? What horrible, unspeakable result of lax attention to the urgent and meticulous pursual of ones daily life? Some heartless scientist names a planet with a seemingly reasonable monicker: 2M1207b. Why? Well, 2M1207A was already taken. And here is the horrible part. The result of a diseased society and a jaded, maligned eye that we now call morality:

The new planet's designation, 2M1207b, raised the ire of a Russian phisher and spammer who claims to have registered that name for his new malicious software site.
