Meme or Movement?

Caught this over at Sitka Surfin Jody Vilandre's joint and thought, hmmm, this is actually something I would do. So let's give it a pop, shall we? From what I gather, it's pretty much a random link-out to other bloggers hoping that they will link-out to others. Pay it forward in the blogosphere.
First one goes out to Michael who is generally concerned that people are much to busy shouting at each-other that they have very little time and bandwidth left to actually listen. That, and we seem to be falling back on the wrong parts of our brains/minds for being such and evolved and sophisticated species.

Question: Weekly or bi-weekly?
