PGW will reduce gas rate

A bit too little, too late.

Record high temperatures and yet the prices did not decline till the end? Could this be the result of having to get permission to lower rates from the PUC? Or is this a result of the better-than-usual attempts to collect from dead-beat clients who were threatened with shutoff notices?
