Ice and the Fury of the Sea

I can not think of any driving force that would push me to take a North Pacific Cruise ... in the WINTER. The parents who signed up their kids for this probably heard Cruise but failed to remember that whole Titanic thing. I think a change of venue would be in order. How about going to Korea and Japan via Hawaii?
